Every Saturday @ 12 noon we are holding a FREE Boot Camp.

These classes are free to all, and you do NOT have to have a membership to participate. We want to provide a nice perk to current clients, introduce older clients to our new setting, and get to know anyone else who is interested. Please feel free to bring friends and family that are interested in starting a fitness lifestyle, but haven’t yet gotten into the gym.
