On Saturday, April 14th, 2012, four first-time competitors took to the stage at the 2012 OCB Eastern Regional’s bodybuilding Championships in Baltimore, MD. Each brought a level of symmetry, poise, and beauty to the stage they had never before achieved, and each walked away victorious, placing within the top 5 of all categories entered. The

I ripped both of my triceps tendons off at the elbows. My doctors and surgeon had never heard of anyone having this injury to both arms at the same time and made it clear that my lifting days were over.

Many have asked how she did, how the contest went, how she felt, how she looked, etc., etc., etc. I’m pretty sure the stock and standard responses that I am supposed to give are: “She did great…

Train Insane or Remain the Same I ran a 5K last weekend. It felt good to know I could do it. But it’s just not my thing. I respect those who run. But deep down I’m a strength athlete, plain and simple. I respect raw, brute strength, and the insanity required to achieve the strength.

I resolve to finally accomplish my goal.” A resolution is the grand-daddy of do-overs, the final do-over committing to no more do-overs. It is commitment to the notion that there are no more dress rehearsals, that every moment matters, and that it’s time to ensure you quit repeating the same mistakes, you quit asking time to wait up, to spare a second, and instead, jump on board the train marching tirelessly towards its destination.
I accomplished my goal and have never looked better and I owe it all to Dave’s hard work and dedication to my success! He is truly my inspiration and I know he will help me achieve more personal goals I have set for myself in the future!
