Train Insane or Remain the Same I ran a 5K last weekend. It felt good to know I could do it. But it’s just not my thing. I respect those who run. But deep down I’m a strength athlete, plain and simple. I respect raw, brute strength, and the insanity required to achieve the strength.

While training for competition in 2010, I followed a very simple carb-cycle meal plan that was laid out for me by my coach, Dan Kelsey. A few videos and photos that were taken on August 21, 2010 at the “2010 NPC Met-Rx Maryland East Coast Bodybuilding Classic.” As you will see in the video’s it was a very successful evening with everyone involved walking away with awards. First up the men – Yuri, David, Joe, and Brandon.
Amazingly successful night last night at the 2010 NPC Maryland East Coast Bodybuilding Classic. David took 1rst place in the Super Heavyweight Divisions for BOTH Maryland and East Coast. Here is one of the final pose downs. Much more video to come as I am able to get it edited and put together.
